Other applicable benefits include Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), perquisites at 35% of basic pay, HRA, Conveyance Maintenance Expenses Reimbursement (CMER), medical facilities, Post Retirement Medical Scheme (PRMS) and Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS), subject to company rules.
Candidates selected for regular posts will be on probation for a period of one year.
