Bharat Electronics Limited is a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The present notification is for engagement of Diploma Apprentices at the BEL Ghaziabad unit for one year of apprenticeship training.
Qualification Eligibility
Candidates should have passed the required Diploma qualification from an AICTE or Government of India recognised institute in the relevant discipline.

Important Eligibility Conditions:
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- The Diploma should be in the relevant notified discipline.

- Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible as per the notification conditions.

The maximum age limit for General / EWS candidates is 21 years as on 01 August 2026.

Salary and Facilities
Selected Diploma Apprentices will receive a stipend of ₹12,500 per month during the one-year apprenticeship training.

The apprenticeship is training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended. Apprenticeship training does not guarantee regular employment in BEL after completion of the training.
